I recently purchased a new home and had to have several of my appliances serviced. I called Steve's Appliance and was greeted by a friendly employee who set up a prompt appointment. Once Steve had taken a look at everything I was informed that I would need several different parts for all of my appliances. He had most of these on his truck and was able to take care of these issues immediately. The parts that had to be ordered came in quickly and soon my kitchen was back to normal. Steve was on time for both appointments and was very friendly while in my home. In today's world where anyone can claim to be anything it was so refreshing to come across a company who could actually back up their promises. I hope that I won't need to fix anything else in my house anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely call them again, and would reccomend to anyone else needing to fix their appliances to do the same.
